Our childhood shapes our adult life far more than we often realize. Blockages, inner wounds, traumas, and fears frequently begin in childhood and can continue to influence our lives as adults.

To better understand our behaviors, actions, and reactions, we need to go back to the roots. This course explores how childhood experiences impact our lives and highlights key aspects of the journey from child to adult—from a psychological perspective.
